The 29.2 metre Ferretti Yachts M/Y Nena, listed for sale by Gianni Ricciardi at Forward Yachts, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Richard Gray of IYC.
Delivered in 2015 as one of the Ferretti 960 series of fast planing yachts, she was built from a GRP hull and superstructure. Advanced Yacht Technology developed her naval architecture, while styling inside and out is by Zuccon International Project. Highly specified, she can accommodate up to ten guests split across five staterooms, including a master suite and four double cabins. Meanwhile, the crew quarters allow for a staff of up to five people.
Her contemporary interior décor is complemented by the large glass windows on both sides, giving guests the impression that they are on a much larger yacht. Key measurements include a beam of 6.7 metres and a maximum draught of 2.2 metres. Her waterline length of 23.98 metres means she falls just within the category that allows her to be driven without a professional certificate — a considerable attraction to prospective owner-operators. She does, however, have a raised and separate pilothouse, so she is entirely suited to being in the charge of a professional captain.
The main saloon has an L-shaped leather settee to port with a two-tiered glass table, while to starboard is a full wet bar and an entertainment centre including a pop-up television screen and a stereo surround sound system. Forward to port is a formal dining area with seating for eight guests.
Power comes from a pair of 2,638hp MTU 16V2000 M94 engines that allow for a top speed of 30 knots and comfortable fast cruising at 26 knots. When trimmed back to 12 knots, she has a maximum range of 858 nautical miles, thanks to a total fuel capacity of 9,000 litres.
Nena was asking €4,600,000.
