News from Eliad Hagiladi at Yacht Marine in Turkey as he announces another €1 million price reduction on his central listing for sale, the 40m motor yacht Serenity II.

Serenity II was delivered in 2010 by Turkey’s Mengi Yay yard, built to RINA class in steel and aluminium. An interior by H2 Yacht Design features a range of exotic wood panelling, including macassar wood in the open plan main saloon and dining area. The large flybridge has plenty of space for sunbathing, a Jacuzzi, and a dining table with seating while the aft deck offers ample space and a table for al fresco dining.

Serenity II has accommodation for up to 12 guests in a main deck master suite with a study that can be converted into a further stateroom, two VIP staterooms and two double cabins. All staterooms come complete with mini bars, entertainment systems and full en suite bathroom facilities. Twin 1,115hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 12 knots.

Serenity II is now down from €8.9 million and is asking €7.9 million.
