The 33.7 metre Hakvoort motor yacht Adytum has been listed for sale by Lars Bjorklund at Ocean Independence.
Adytum was built in steel and aluminium by Royal Hakvoort in 2002 to a design by Willem De Vries Lentsch Jr. She was designed as a world cruising 'gentleman's yacht' with a 5,000 nautical-mile range and is offered for sale in "as new" condition following extensive refit and maintenance work between 2016 and 2021.
Exterior work included a new Aristo Blue hull and a repaint of the superstructure, new side boarding ladders, a reconfiguration of the sun deck, recovering of all exterior upholstery, and teak and varnish work. Between 2017 and 2018, the yacht received an overhaul of the main engines, gearboxes and propellers and a rebuild of the generators.
Her original interior was designed by Ken Freivokh. Her most recent interior refit work included a complete refinishing of interior woodwork, all new upholstery and carpets, new linens and improved interior lighting.
Adytum can sleep up to eight guests in four en suite cabins, comprising a master suite with a private study and a VIP stateroom on the main deck, and a double and a twin stateroom below. Further accommodation sleeps a crew of six.
The main saloon offers a large social area accessed from the aft deck through curved sliding doors. A sky lounge above provides a second option for entertaining guests aboard with an interior dining area and a sit-up bar. Outside on the upper aft deck is an al fresco dining option.
Adytum is powered by a pair of CAT 3406 engines delivering a cruising speed of 10 knots and a top speed of 11 knots.
Lying in Auckland, New Zealand, Adytum is asking $7,900,000.
