The 35.4-metre Hargrave Custom Yachts motor yacht Renaissance has been listed for sale with Mark Elliott of IYC.
Delivered by the Taiwanese yard in 2016, her naval architecture and exterior design were developed in-house, while her interiors were penned by Yacht Interiors by Shelley. The yacht has been in the possession of only one owner since new and has benefitted from continuous upgrades, including a $600,000 refit in 2024.
Her broker notes that Renaissance's interior layout has been "thoughtfully designed to maximise comfort, privacy and functionality." The open-plan main saloon creates a flowing space between the plush lounge aft and the formal dining table forward. Wide windows give way to ocean vistas and provide a continuous connection with the sea.
Accommodation on board is for 10 guests across five cabins. The full-beam master suite, "rare in her size segment", is located on the main deck and boasts a his-and-hers en suite bathroom and a walk-around king-size bed.
Further accommodation comprises two doubles and two convertible twins on the lower deck. Meanwhile, Renaissance sleeps a crew of eight.
Flowing out from the main saloon, the main aft deck houses an al fresco dining area which can be enclosed for protection against the elements. Up on the flybridge, guests can enjoy an additional al fresco dining space serviced by a secondary outdoor galley, as well as ample sunbathing spots and a Jacuzzi. Lastly, the bow is equipped with a casual lounge and sunpads.
The yacht for sale achieves a cruising speed of 20 knots and a top speed of 25 knots, powered by twin Caterpillar diesel engines. She is also equipped with zero-speed stabilisers to enhance comfort, and her shallow Bahamas-friendly 1.8-metre draft opens up the possibility of cruising harder-to-reach shores.
Renaissance is asking $5,900,000.
