And still news of price reductions rolls in as Stefanie Glassman at dahm international sends word of a major cut in price of the 28.45m sailing yacht Nuberu Nau, a central listing with Jochen Brill in the Palma office.

Built by France’s CNB yard in 2001, this high quality sloop was designed by the naval architect Philippe Cabon with an interior by Frank Darnet and custom built in aluminium for unlimited worldwide cruising. The latest technology make this superyacht a comfortable, highly elegant and seaworthy cruiser for utmost safety and sailing pleasure at all times.

The yacht’s timeless interior design combines modern luxury with a generous and well thought-out layout – a true home at sea. Three staterooms with en suite bathrooms offer owner and guests ample privacy and plenty of room for well-being.

The generous saloon with a separate navigation area adds another highlight and offers the ideal setting for dining and relaxation below deck. With a carefully planned extensive refit in 2009/2010 and her annual maintenance programme Nuberu Nau is professionally kept in first class condition.

Her asking price is now down from €3.15 million to €2.5 million.
