The 40.53 metre IAG motor yacht Serenity, listed for sale by Kurt Bosshardt at Denison Yachting, has been sold in-house with the buyer introduced by Aleks Taldykin.

Built in GRP by Chinese yard IAG Yachts with exterior styling and interior design by Evan K Marshall, Serenity was delivered in 2016 and has enjoyed a stellar charter career ever since. Accommodation is for up to 12 guests in six cabins comprising a main deck master suite with port and starboard sea balconies, a VIP suite and four doubles. All guest cabins have entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities while a further three cabins sleep six crew.

Serenity was asking $13,500,000

On the main deck is a generous saloon with open plan dining forward. The lounge area offers a plush sofa, occasional chairs, coffee table and an entertainment centre including a drop-down television screen concealed in the ceiling. Forward is the formal dining table, easily seating 12 guests in style.

Upstairs, the skylounge offers endless entertainment options. Balconies to both port and starboard create unique spaces to enjoy an alfresco coffee or cocktails. An electric fireplace is situated next to an intimate seating area while a card table with places for four guests and a six-person bar offer additional seating.

On the sun deck a six-person Jacuzzi with a waterfall and a wading area aft with round, backlit skylights built into the deck is a very special feature to dazzle guests. Also included is a full bar and grill. Twin 1,800hp Caterpillar diesel engines enable a cruising speed of 15 knots topping out at 17 knots.

Serenity was asking $13,500,000.
