The in-build 38.35 metre Gianetti motor yacht Project Mirage 401, listed for sale by Andrew Adams at Yachting Partners International, has seen a significant price drop of €1M.
Currently under construction in aluminium by Italian yard Gianetti with work around 70% complete, her build is expected to be completed by the end of 2022. Although the exterior layout of the yacht is fixed, there is plenty of opportunity for customisation and bespoke elements in the interior.
Designed to comfortably sleep 10 guests over three generous decks, the individual design offers a luxurious sense of space. The hull and propulsion have been optimised for the full range of most frequently used speeds (10-14 knots) and cruising speeds in semi-displacement mode.
Combining Italian flair with premium build quality, this wide-body aluminium displacement hull seamlessly fuses pioneering technology and engineering with a contemporary design.
Project Mirage 401 is now asking €12,500,000.
