Inspiration

Once again, I interrupt IYC’s Frank Grzeszczak at lunch, this time to check on the recent sale of his and Mark Elliott’s central agency, Broward’s 47.54 Inspiration and he confirms that she was sold with John Cohen of Merle Wood & Associates acting for the buyer. Built in 1996 and accommodating 12 guests in five cabins including a master suite on the main deck, Inspiration was on the market asking $9.95 million and is now on her way to Greece.
