Speaking to Thom Conboy at International Yacht Collection’s office in Fort Lauderdale, he confirms that he’s signed a joint central agency for sale of Heesen’s 45.72m No Escape, along with Jean-Marie Recamier of Camper & Nicholsons International. Built in 1999, this all-aluminium yacht accommodates up to 12 guests in five cabins and is asking €15.5 million. Thom adds that he and Cheny Sabates III have signed a co-central agency for the sale of Trinity’s 45.6m Carpe Diem. Built in 2002 and refitted in 2006, her five cabins sleep 10 guests, with a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck. Her asking price has been set at $23.9 million.
