The 30.75 motor yacht Lady Soul has rejoined the market after being sold in 2014, now listed for sale by David Legrand at Fraser.
Constructed in GRP by Italian yard Custom Line as part of its Navetta 30 series, the yacht was launched in 2006 and features exteriors by Zuccon and interiors from Michela Reverberi. An extensive refit in 2017 saw a new coat of paint, an overhaul of engines and generators, and an upgrade to most of her electrical systems.
Accommodation comes for eight guests in four cabins including a main deck master suite and three additional staterooms below deck, alongside an “observatory deck” – an unusual feature in a yacht of this size.
Elsewhere, her bridgedeck features a sky lounge L-shaped sofa, alongside an office desk forward of an external sofa, storage cabinet and fridge.
An aft deck with a built in sofa and dining table for ten leads forward to an internal dining area, main saloon with ample seating and fully equipped galley. Guests who want to soak up the heat can retreat upwards to the sundeck which boasts sofas, a coffee table and a pouf underneath a hardtop cover.
Twin MTU diesel engines providing 2,720hp power the yacht to speeds of 18 knots.
Lady Soul is asking €3,850,000.
