The 26.82 metre motor yacht Petrus, listed for sale by Whit Kirtland and David Nichols at Bradford Marine Yacht Sales, has been sold in house.

Built in GRP by Italian yard Arno to a design by Paolo Caliari, Petrus was delivered in 1999 as one of the yard's Leopard Open 27 models. She has a bright and airy interior with contemporary Italian styling and accommodation for up to seven guests in three cabins comprising one full beam master suite with a connecting private sitting room, one double guest cabin and one twin cabin, all with private en-suite bathroom facilities and the latest audio and visual equipment. Forward there is a captain’s cabin and crew quarters for two crew.

Petrus was asking $695,000

All the way forward on the main deck is the helm, which is well equipped with appropriate electronics. There is a custom helm seat with electronic controls while aft is a full wet bar complete with a sink, ice maker and a custom refrigerator.

The upper saloon has a white laminate finish and large windows giving the interior a feeling of spaciousness. With great views and the large sky roof opened, there is a wonderful outdoor feel. Outside, Petrus has a large open aft deck and foredeck with extensive cushioned sunbathing areas, perfect for lounging and relaxing in the sun. Access to both areas is via wide teak side decks to starboard and port.

Twin 1,800hp MTU diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 30 knots and a maximum speed of 37 knots.

Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Petrus was asking $695,000.
