The 24 metre motor yacht Anna III has been sold with Mario Fodale at Engel & Volkers representing both buyer and seller.
Designed by Roberto del Re, she was built in GRP by Italian yard Maiora to RINA class and delivered in 2006. Accommodation is for up to 10 guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite amidships, a VIP suite forward plus port and starboard twins, each with a Pullman berth. All cabins have entertainment systems, Samsung television screens and en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for three crew.
Her exquisite décor features light wooden panelling with fine marble surfaces and she has had just one owner until now and never been chartered. A large saloon has comfortable seating on a curved sofa and occasional chairs, a bar near the entrance and an entertainment centre with a 42 inch flat screen television and Bose surround sound system. The dining area forward seats eight guests for formal dining and can be partitioned off for extra privacy.
The sheltered aft deck has built in upholstered seating along with a table and chairs for al fresco dining while stairs lead down to a hydraulic swim platform. Up on the flybridge, guests are offered ample opportunities for outdoor dining and entertaining with sun pads, a spa pool, seating area, wet bar and barbecue. A planing hull and twin 1,523 MTU diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 24 knots, topping out at 28 knots.
Anna III was asking €950,000.
