A €600,000 price drop has been announced on the 32.6-metre Maiora motor yacht Balandrau, listed for sale with Pedro Millet of Viudes Yachts.
Balandrau was delivered in 2009 as one of several units from the Italian yard and brand of Next Yacht Group's successful Maiora 31DP series. She was constructed in GRP to a design by Roberto Del Re, with naval architecture and interiors completed in-house, and has been continuously upgraded, with works completed between 2011 and 2024.
Works include the installation of RAC Zero-Speed stabilisers (2013), a full exterior repaint (2022), generator overhauls (2023–24), navigation and CCTV renewal (2021), and the addition of Starlink connectivity (2023). According to her broker, she remains RINA classed following a renewal in 2025 and is presented to the market in "turnkey" condition.
Accommodation on board is for up to eight guests in four cabins – comprising a master, a VIP and two doubles – in addition to four crew.
Light oak cabinetry, rich leathers and Italian marble bathrooms characterise the interiors on board Balandrau, resulting in a "bright, contemporary atmosphere" throughout, according to her brokers.
Outside, a spacious flybridge is fitted with twin biminis and offers a welcoming al fresco dining and lounging space for entertaining. Meanwhile, closer to the water, the aft deck easily connects to the swim platform for hassle free access on board.
The yacht for sale is powered by twin 2,450 hp MTU engines, capable of reaching a 26-knot maximum speed and cruising comfortably at 23 knots. Key specs include a 6.85 metre beam and 2.2 metre draught.
Balandrau is now asking €2,800,000 (VAT paid), currently lying in Barcelona, Spain.
