The 30.5-metre motor yacht Four Joys has been listed for sale with Costas Dimopoulos of IYC.
Four Joys was constructed in GRP by Italian shipyard Maiora - Next Yacht Group, delivered in 2023 as the first unit from the yard's 30 Walkaround model, designed in-house.
A contemporary and minimalist interior from the drawing boards of Fossati Design Bureau accommodates up to 11 guests in a five-cabin layout, with additional quarters for a crew of six. A large master suite with a his and hers en suite is located on the main deck, offering both privacy and panoramic views, while four guest cabins are situated on the lower deck.
Living areas on board the Italian build are bright and spacious, thanks to impressive ceiling heights and full-height windows. The main saloon, fitted with "oversized" sofas and a formal dining area, is a prime example, decorated in soft neutral tones and dark wood flooring paired with fine materials such as marble and leather.
Outside, Four Joys is just as welcoming. Her "innovative walk-around flybridge" – a feature that has seen the vessel gain "notable recognition" – is designed on a single level with no steps or obstacles from aft to foredeck. As a result, a large lounge space sprawls her foredeck, while aft lies multiple sun loungers and a dining table seating 12.
On the main deck, guests will find another al fresco lounge space with steps leading to a sizeable swim platform for closer water enjoyment.
According to her brokers, she is a "very successful charter yacht" and has been expertly maintained by her permanent crew. Additional highlights include a "full suite" of water toys.
The 140GT yacht for sale can reach a top speed of 24 knots and cruises comfortably at 21 knots. She is equipped with CMC electric fin stabilisers for additional comfort underway and at anchor.
Four Joys is asking €8,200,000.
