Thom Conboy of International Yacht Collection tells me that his latest central agency for sale, Heesen’s 50m Man of Steel, “has probably one of the largest volumes of any 50m boat out there today and is a testament to Dutch pedigree.” Launched just last year, she was also the biggest displacement yacht built in the yard’s history. Man of Steel accommodates 10 guests in a master VIP suite, two doubles and one twin cabin and is fully MCA compliant. Asking €39 million, she is not for sale to US residents while in US waters.
