The 35 metre motor yacht M&M, listed for sale by James Munn at Northrop & Johnson, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Built by Turkey’s Mengi-Yay yard in epoxy laminated mahogany to RINA class, M&M was delivered in 2011. With naval architecture and exterior design by Kerim Demir, this semi-displacement superyacht is powered by a pair of 1,875hp Caterpillar engines that give her a cruising speed of 20 knots and push her to a maximum speed of 22 knots. She also features bow thrusters to assist manoeuvrability and has zero-speed stabilisers, adding to the comfort while at anchor.
M&M's interior, by BTA Design, offers accommodation for 10 guests in five cabins. Two master suites, each with a king size bed, study and settee, sit fore and aft on the main deck. Two VIP suites, complete with queen size beds, and a twin cabin complete the arrangement. Each cabin is en-suite with communications and entertainment systems installed in each.
Outdoors, M&M's sundeck comfortably seats 10 guests for al fresco meals, with a Jacuzzi for six, sunpads, a drinks bar and 55-inch LCD television screen for entertaining guests. On the main deck, an additional exterior dining area aft and a sun bathing area at the foredeck offer plenty of space to relax.
A popular charter yacht, M&M comes with a number of water toys, including a 4.75 metre RIB, a dinghy, wake boards, water skis and snorkelling equipment.
M&M was asking $2,300,000.
