The 37.8-metre Moonen Yachts motor yacht Cocoon has been listed for sale for the first time since her launch with Jamie Small of Burgess.
Cocoon was delivered in 2023 from the Dutch yard's award-winning Martinique model – the most successful series from the Moonen Caribbean line, according to her brokers. Dutch designer Rene Van Der Velden is responsible for the model's exterior, with naval architecture completed by Diana Yacht Design, and the Scandinavian-styled interior onboard Cocoon was penned by Swedish designer Andreas Martin-Löf Arkitekter.
Her brokers noted that the interior of Cocoon "feels significantly larger than her length suggests". A spacious main deck features a large main saloon with an adjacent formal dining area as well as a sizeable galley. An "almost continuous band" of panoramic windows on the main and bridge decks provide sweeping views and bounds of natural light.
Accommodation is for 12 guests across a flexible five-cabin layout, comprising a full-beam master suite on the main deck with a his and hers en suite, two doubles, and two twin cabins plus two additional berths. Further accommodation sleeps a crew of seven.
Exterior spaces are broad and inviting, with areas including a main deck aft al fresco lounge with direct access to the swim platform, and a sundeck which offers 360-degree views from another spacious lounge complete with a bar and grill.
Designed to offer a seamless indoor-outdoor connection for guests, Cocoon also sports a bridge deck winter garden with large sliding doors which effortlessly connect to an aft deck dining space.
"The model's fast-displacement hull is built from high-tensile steel, delivering a lighter yacht without compromising strength or comfort," her broker added. "Cocoon combines a timeless, elegant profile with a smart layout and premium onboard comfort. She is a standout opportunity in the market today, combining proven pedigree, award-winning design, and turnkey readiness for her next owner."
Power on board the yacht for sale is from twin 1,925hp Caterpillar engines delivering top speeds of 16.5 knots, comfortable cruising speeds of 14.5 knots and a range of 4,000 nautical miles. Key specs include an eight-metre beam and a draft of 2.1 metres. She is also Lloyd's Register (LR) MCA classed.
Cocoon is asking €23,500,000, currently lying in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
