Moonen motor yacht Crystal sold

4 March 2022 • Written by Tom McGhie

The 37 metre motor yacht Crystal has been sold by Michael Payne at Northrop & Johnson, with Chris Daves at Denison Yachting representing the buyer.

Designed by Bill Dixon, she was built in GRP by Dutch yard Moonen to DNV class and MCA coded, and was originally delivered in 2015. Her interior in dark nut wood, leather and  marble finishes can accommodate up to ten guests in five cabins consisting of a main deck full beam master suite, two doubles and two twins, all with entertainment centres, Samsung television screens and en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for up to six crew.

Crystal was asking €5,950,000

The saloon has comfortable seating, a bar, icemaker and fridge along with an entertainment centre including a large Samsung television screen, and there is a formal dining area forward. Up in the skylounge, relaxation is the order of the day with seating, an entertainment centre and a fridge.

She comes with several outdoor spaces to entertain or enjoy the fresh air, including a large main aft deck and a skylounge aft deck, both offering cool drinks from small fridges. The flybridge is in a class of its own, boasting a barbecue grill, Jacuzzi and a fixed hardtop Bimini providing protection from the sun on those hot Mediterranean days.

Twin 2,174hp MTU diesel engines give her a range of 2,200 nautical miles at 11 knots and she is fitted with Quantum zero speed stabilisers.

Crystal was asking €5,950,000.
