The 40 metre motorsailer Extreme has had a central agency change and is now listed for sale by Eastwind Yachts.
Built in steel and aluminium by Turkish yard Mengi-Yay to a design by Ginton Naval Architects, Extreme was delivered in May 2019.
The interior of this yacht for sale was designed by Guido de Groot with six guest staterooms for 12 guests forward of the engine room and berths for seven crew. There is a spacious saloon on the main deck with a dining area and a semi-open wheelhouse, while the aft deck is equipped with a large seating area with a bar, dining table and lounging space.
When the transom door is opened, part of the aft deck can be lowered to create an expansive swim platform and watersports area. On the technical side, the mainsail can be furled into the boom and an aluminium mast towers 52 metres above the waterline. All deck gear was supplied by Lewmar, including four captive winches for mainsail and Genoa handling.
Under power, her top speed is 13.5 knots and she has a maximum cruising range of 2,600 nautical miles at 10.5 knots with power coming from two 680hp Caterpillar C-18-ACERT diesel engines.
Lying in Marmaris, Turkey, Extreme is asking €14,500,000.
