First 34m Swan 112 sailing yacht Anemos sold in two months

17 June 2025 • Written by Emily Dawkins

The 34.3-metre sailing yacht Anemos has been sold only two months after her entry to the market. Lorenzo Bortolotti and Thea Shaw of Nautor Swan Brokerage and Jochen Brill of Northrop & Johnson represented the seller in the deal, with the buyer also introduced by Nautor Swan Brokerage.

Anemos was delivered in 1999 as the first Swan 112 model, constructed in GRP by Finnish yard Nautor Swan to a design by Germán Frers. Her spacious interior – adorned in hand-rubbed satin-finished teak – was penned by The A Group. According to her broker, she has been "maintained with no expense spared".

Anemos was last asking €2,995,000 with VAT paid

Anemos can accommodate up to eight guests in four cabins comprising a master suite, double and two twins, all with entertainment centres and en suites.

As per the model's design, Anemos has a wide beam of 7.4 metres, which allows plenty of comfortable living space on board.  Her main saloon affords generous space to dine, relax or watch a film. Alternatively, guests can enjoy a glass of champagne from the well-equipped bar.

On deck, the twin cockpit layout allows for undisturbed sunbathing and relaxation amidships, with shade provided from an optional awning, while the helm stations are located aft. There is a retractable transom which opens to reveal a private beach club, providing effortless access to the onboard water toys.

Under power, the sailing yacht has a top speed of 12 knots and boasts a maximum cruising range of 2,000 nautical miles at 10 knots, with power from a single 414hp MTU diesel engine.

Anemos was last asking €2,995,000 with VAT paid.
