Mads Damgaard tells me that he and a team of like-minded brokers have joined forces to establish SuperYachtsLondon, based in the city's West End.
Headed by Jimmy Broddeson, formerly at bluewater in Antibes, SYL has small offices in Palma, Copenhagen and Geneva, as well as Cap d’Ail in southeast France. Damgaard comments: 'These will be small offices that we use whenever in town. We will not have people sitting there permanently but be very mobile and flexible.
'The big difference that separates SYL from our colleagues is our network and our in-house media production unit where we apply a media package usually only seen on 75m+ yachts to all of our listings.'
The team also announce that they've joined Ocean Independence to jointly list Sanlorenzo's 38.5m motor yacht Onyx, asking €9.9 million.
