Talking to Bjorn Vang-Mathisen at Ocean Independence in Geneva, I discover more about his new joint central listing - with Craig Cadwalader at Ardell - the 67.35m luxury motor yacht Pherousa, currently under construction at Turkey's Nereids Yachts yard.
The superyacht's crew quarters are now complete and the main engines, generators and technical installations are aboard. Bjorn stresses that this is not an abandoned client project but says:
"So much has been produced from the builder's side already that Pherousa can be finished within 15-18 months of signing a contract, due to partial fabrication, technical installation and good planning, but still giving a buyer full freedom to customise the guest accommodation design."
The yacht's price isn't listed, but Bjorn says that Pherousa's very competitively priced.
