The 31.98 metre motor yacht Dolce Vita has had a central agency change and is now listed for sale by Adam Blackmore at Fraser.

Built in GRP by Turkish yard Numarine with naval architecture by Umberto Tagliavini, Dolce Vita was delivered in 2017 as a 105 Hard Top model. A capacious interior with hints of Armani Casa styled by Can Yalman accommodates eight guests in four cabins consisting of a full-beam master suite, two doubles and a twin, all with entertainment centres, television screens and en-suite shower facilities. There are also quarters for four crew aboard this yacht for sale.

Dolce Vita is asking €4,250,000

The open-plan main saloon has panoramic wraparound windows giving terrific views and features a large lounge area aft with comfortable settees, coffee tables and a dining area forward. On the lower deck is a further lounge area with sofas and an entertainment centre including a large screen television and a surround sound stereo system.

Dolce Vita really comes into her own with her multiple deck spaces for outdoor relaxation and dining. The sheltered aft deck has an al fresco dining table, built-in seating and a large raised sunpad, while the foredeck has further built-in seating, dining amenities and parasols for shade from the midday sun. And then there is the sun deck, which comes with more al fresco entertaining options, sun pads and gorgeous views.

Twin 1,825hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 22 knots, topping out at 30 knots.

Lying in Thailand, Dolce Vita is asking €4,250,000.
