Charles Ehrardt at Camper & Nicholsons tells me he's closed on his listing for sale, the 39.6 metre motor yacht Ariela, with Jeremy Bottau at Ocean Independence introducing the buyer.
Ariela was built in GRP by Italian yard CRN to RINA class and delivered in 2004 as one of the yard's 128' Custom Line series. MCA compliant, her interior, designed by Giovanni Zuccon, offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in five staterooms. These consist of a full beam master suite, two double staterooms and two twin cabins, each with a Pullman berth. All staterooms come with satellite television screens, DVD players and en suite bathroom facilities.
She has vast interior volumes in a relaxing neutral decor, ideal for entertaining, while the aft areas on both the main and upper decks have full amenities for al fresco dining. Another prime spot for lovers of the outdoors is her large, well-equipped flybridge. Twin 2,735hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 14 knots and she is fitted with Trac zero speed stabilisers.
Ariela was asking €5.5 million.
