A new central agency has been announced for the 44-metre Benetti motor yacht Lumina, listed for sale with Jack Robertson at Fraser.
Built in GRP and delivered in August this year, the yacht is the latest addition to the Italian shipyard's Class 44M series and the flagship of Benetti’s fiberglass Class range. Her exterior and interior stylings come straight from the boards of Giorgio M. Cassetta, while naval architecture was developed in-house.
Through a cool, calm palette and minimal furnishings, the designer evokes a residential ambiance in the main saloon. Two large sofas frame a low coffee table and two chairs, while a formal dining area sits forward with space for up to 10 guests.
This theme extends into her accommodation, which sleeps up to 11 guests across a five cabin layout. A full-beam owner's cabin is located on the main deck, complete with a full-beam en suite, an office and a large, his-and-hers walk-in wardrobe. Designed to let in natural light, the space also includes blackout blinds and climate and lighting controls via an iPad.
Two VIP cabins are found on the lower deck, alongside two guest cabins with three Queen beds and one cabin with side-by-side berths that can be converted to a Queen, as well as one Pullman berth. Crew accommodation sleeps up to nine in five cabins.
Stepping outside, her expansive aft deck offers guests a premium spot to watch the sunset while relaxing on comfortable, neutral sofas.
Meanwhile, a large Jacuzzi sits at the bow, accompanied by loungers and tables, while the upper deck aft boasts a contemporary interior lounge with large L-shaped sofa, low coffee table and two square stools.
The spacious sundeck is defined by ample lounging areas and a dining table for up to 12 guests under a hardtop, accompanied by a wet bar and open space for exercising and yoga.
The yacht for sale is powered by two MAN V-12 1400 HP engines and boasts a maximum cruising range of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 11 knots.
Lying in Genoa, Lumina is asking €28,200,000.
