The 49.5 metre motor yacht She’s a 10 has been listed for sale by Shannon McCoy at Worth Avenue Yachts.
Built in aluminium by Australian yard Oceanfast to a design by Jon Bannenberg, she was delivered in 1989 and has been upgraded and refitted regularly ever since. Accommodation is for up to 14 guests in six cabins configured as a bridge deck master suite and four doubles while the media room serves as a sixth cabin. All cabins have entertainment centres, Samsung flatscreen television sets and en suite bathroom facilities.
The large main deck saloon offers comfortable seating, a games table, and white carpeting. Aft of the main saloon, there is an open entertaining area featuring a new full-service bar with white light-up onyx background and three barstools and there are two circular seating areas for casual dining for up to 12 guests. Floors are varnished teak and holly and there is a new large television screen on the port side. This area is also known as the breakfast room.
Outdoors, there are two staircases leading up to the sundeck from the bridge deck aft. This is a great area for sunning, entertaining, or enjoying the 10-person Jacuzzi. There is also a small bar, with a refrigerator. Triple MTU diesel engines linked to KaMeWa waterjets power her to a cruising speed of 22 knots topping out at 28 knots.
Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, She’s a 10 is asking $8,495,000.
