€650k price drop on Oyster 100 Serafim

10 November 2022 • Written by Nick Jeffery

The 30.8 metre Oyster 100 sailing yacht Serafim, listed for sale with IYC broker Tom Roberts, has received a price drop of €650,000.

The British-branded yacht was constructed in composite as an Oyster 100 model at the RMK Marine shipyard in Turkey. The Lloyd's classed yacht was designed by renowned Dubois Naval Architects and is MCA compliant. She has completed her 10-year Class survey.

Serafim is asking €6,300,000

Delivered in 2012, a 2020 refit saw Serafim receive a complement of new sails, rigging and the complete rebuild of both generators. Serafim’s main engine, drive train, hull valves and batteries also received extensive servicing.

Accommodation is for a total of seven guests in three cabins, comprising three large staterooms aft. Two cabins forward support a team of four crew members on this sailing yacht for sale.

A raised deck saloon boasts comfortable seating and an in-built dining table for up to eight guests, while natural light floods the space via the Dubois trademark raked wraparound windows. Forward and down a level, guests can find a more intimate lounge and dining area, with ample soft furnishings and access to the galley immediately forward.

On deck, Serafim offers a sun lounging area aft of the raised saloon, while her vast foredeck tempts one forward. The yacht also hosts a four metre Nautica Deluxe tender and a Coltri Sub dive compressor.

Her low-profile, raised deck saloon and sleek, racy sheerline are typical of Dubois-designed fast sloops. She also sports a carbon fibre mast and in-boom furling.

When under the power, her Cummins QSM 11 engine pushes her to a top speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 10 knots. A true pedigree bluewater fast cruiser, Serafim would be perfect for an owner contemplating a comfortable circumnavigation under sail, perhaps joining the Oyster World Rally.

Serafim is now asking €6,300,000.
