I’ve just got off the phone to Steve Doyle in the Boston office of Northrop and Johnson, where he confirms that he acted for the buyer in the recent sale of Palmer Johnson’s 37.5m Big City. Steve also says that the seller, who recently took delivery of a 42.97m aluminium motor yacht also named Big City from Trinity, is relieved at not having to run two boats at the same time. The listing agent in the sale was Chris Daves of Denison & Daves and the yacht will be kept for private use. Built in 2000 and refitted in 2007, Big City accommodates 10 guests in five cabins.
