Built in GRP by Paragon Motor Yachts to a design by Scott Robinson, Rhapsody was delivered in 2009 as a Paragon 94 model. Accommodation is for up to eight guests in three double cabins consisting of a master suite and two double VIP suites, all with Bose entertainment centres, flatscreen televisions and en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, the aft VIP lounge can be converted into a double bunk cabin.

The saloon has a coffered ceiling with a large settee to port, two armchairs and a coffee table to starboard and an entertainment centre including a 50-inch television screen and a Denon stereo surround sound system.
