The 57.28 metre motor yacht Lionspirit has been listed for sale by Fernando Nicholson at Camper & Nicholsons.
Designed by Espen Oeino, she has been built in steel and aluminium by Turkish yard Sunrise Yachts to Bureau Veritas class. Lionspirit is 58 per cent complete and now awaits a new owner to stamp his personality on this yacht for sale. Reymond Langton have prepared interior designs that envisage an accommodation layout for 12 guests in six cabins.
Guest accommodation comprises a full beam master suite on the sun deck with a private terrace, two VIP suites, a double and a twin on the main deck, and two children’s cabins on the lower deck. All cabins would have entertainment centres, LCD television screens and en suite bathroom facilities while a further six cabins sleep 13 crewmembers.
The main deck aft features an infinity pool and beach club area, and a balcony opening from the main salon starboard, while the whole of the sundeck has been given over to the owner, with private access to the open deck forward and a large open deck area aft. All of her exterior areas have both covered and open spaces and are ideal for entertaining, relaxing and large family gatherings with bar areas, plenty of lounging space, al fresco dining options and a Jacuzzi spa pool with vast spaces for sun loungers.
Twin 1,170hp ABB diesel/electric engines will give her a range of 5,000 nautical miles at 16 knots and she will be fitted with Naiad zero-speed stabilisers.
Lying at the yard in Turkey, Lionspirit is asking €12,500,000.
