Speaking to Derk Jan Rolff at De Valk International, he confirms his appointment as central agent for the sale of the partly-built 46m motoryacht Dream at the Aarhus yard in Denmark. Designed by Setzer Architects, the steel hull and aluminium superstructure are now complete and Lloyds has confirmed that Dream meets its classification requirements for yachts under 500 GT. “The steel hull is offered as is, where is,“ says Derk. “We have made inquiries with various well-respected shipyards in Holland to continue the build at short notice. It is possible to provide a client with a finished yacht within 12 months of obtaining the order.” The asking price for Dream is €2.9 million and includes all the technical plans.
