The 24.97 metre motor yacht Milagro’s, listed for sale by Kristen Klein at Northrop & Johnson, has had a price reduction of $1,400,000.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Pershing to a design by Fulvio de Simoni, Milagro’s was delivered in 2013 as a Pershing 82 model and has had the same owner ever since. Her interior, also by Fulvio di Simoni, uses oak hardwoods and Italian fabrics to stunning effect, accommodating six guests in three cabins comprising a master suite, VIP suite and a twin. All guest cabins have entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities while a further cabin sleeps two crewmembers aboard this yacht for sale.
The full beam main saloon has comfortable furniture in the lounge area facing an entertainment centre featuring a 40 inch Samsung television screen and a kaleidescape server delivering on-demand video and audio throughout the guest areas. Forward is a formal dining area, bar and a fridge. A light and bright upper saloon features a rounded seating area and coffee table and helm station, and leads directly out on to the upper deck with indoor-outdoor flow integral to the design.
Her top speed is 47 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 310 nautical miles at 38 knots with power coming from two 2,435hp MTU 16V 2000 M93 diesel engines.
Milagro’s is now asking $2,990,000.
