Phantom's price reduced by Kardinal

John Jacobi of Kardinal, central agent for the sale of the 36m Phantom, writes to say that, "the owner of this boat has become very motivated and has reduced the price by $1 million." Built by Millennium Yachts in 2001 and refitted in 2008, she accommodates eight guests in four cabins and, currently available for inspection in Palma de Mallorca, is now asking $4.95 million.
