Price cut on Ortona Navi superyacht Mar at Ocean Independence

News just in from Toby Maclaurin at Ocean Independence of a hefty €1.4 million price cut on the 49.9m full-displacement motor yacht for sale Mar.

Built in steel and aluminium by Ortona Navi in 2008, Mar was designed by Progetti & Associati. She is Germanischer Lloyd’s classed and Malta Commercial certified. Mar can accommodate 12 guests in a flexible layout of six spacious staterooms. The main deck master suite is panelled in olive wood and has a private study plus a large en suite with his and hers entrances to a shower and Jacuzzi tub, The VIP stateroom is situated on the upper deck while below deck there are two double and two twin cabins, which can convert into double berth accommodations. All guest staterooms have en suite bathrooms and come with independent music systems, satellite television and DVD players.

The ample aft deck has a large settee and al fresco dining for 12 while a large sun deck offers an eight person Jacuzzi and plentiful sunbathing areas. Twin 1,575hp Caterpillar diesels give Mar a cruising speed of 12 knots and a cruising range of 3,800 nautical miles.

Currently lying in Valetta, Malta, Mar is down from €14.9 million to €13.5 million.
