$1 million-plus price cut on superyacht Vita at Northrop and Johnson

Ann Avery at Northrop and Johnson writes in to say there's been a significant price reduction on her central listing, the 45.72m motor yacht Vita.

_Vita _was built by Trinity in 2003 to ABS class. MCA compliant, this superyacht's Elizabeth Dalton interior sleeps up to 12 guests in a master, two double and two single cabins plus two Pullman berths and she has a range of 3,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. Previously marketed at $19.975 million, she's now asking $17.95 million.
