Price cut to superyacht Blue Titan at Northrop and Johnson Spain

14 December 2010 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

A call to Joost Goverts at Northrop and Johnson Spain brings news of a major price reduction on his central listing, the 26.8m sailing yacht Blue Titan.

Built by Taiwan’s US Yacht Building Corporation in 1988 to ABS commercial standards, she features a design by Ted Hood. MCA compliant, this superyacht accommodates up to eight guests in three staterooms and was refitted in 2008. Blue Titan is an immensely powerful yacht with world cruising capabilities, including a strengthened ice breaker bow. Yet a draft of only 2 metres allows her to enter the shallowest passages and anchor in the quietest harbours and she can easily be sailed by a crew of only two. Previously asking €1.115 million, Blue Titan is now listed at €975,000.
