Price drop on Cortenzo motor yacht Mia

Price drop on Cortenzo motor yacht Mia

The 26.22 metre motor yacht Mia, listed for sale by Bob Anslow at Denison Yacht Sales, has had a further $100,000 price reduction.

Launched in 2009 by Cortenzo as part of the yard’s Eagle 90 series, Mia was refitted in 2011 and again in 2014. Upgrades included a repainted hull, new soft furnishings and replacing the galley floor. MCA compliant, her Sea Design interior can accommodate up to eight guests in a full-beam owner’s cabin, VIP suite and two twin rooms. All cabins come fitted with en-suite bathrooms and flatscreen televisions. Meanwhile, the crew quarters allows for a staff of up to three people.

Panoramic sliding glass doors lead from the aft cockpit of this yacht for sale into the main-deck saloon, which exhibits an open and lively ambience. Moving forward, the country-kitchen style galley includes dinette seating for six people and further forward still, the raised pilothouse includes seating for the owners to accompany the captain on crossings.

One of the standout features on Mia is her main-deck media room, which offers a range of on-board entertainment options via a 60-inch Panasonic 3D Plasma LCD TV and Bose surround sound system. The broker notes that this area could easily be converted into a fifth en-suite cabin if required.

Power comes from a pair of 1,550hp MAN D2844 LEA433 diesel engines that propel Mia to her fast cruising speed of 20 knots, topping out at 25 knots.

Currently lying in Miami, Mia is now asking $1,045,000.
