The 24.38 metre motor yacht Lusea, listed for sale by Rich Lazzara at HMY Yachts, has had a $100,000 price reduction.

Built in GRP by US yard Lazzara Yachts, she was delivered in 2002. An interior with rich wood panelling and fluted columns accommodates six guests in three cabins consisting of a full-beam master suite and port and starboard VIP suites, all with entertainment centres, LCD flatscreen televisions and en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are two cabins forward that can be used for crew or extra guests in this yacht for sale.

Lusea is lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Double stainless steel and glass doors lead from the aft deck to the saloon with spacious seating, African cherry wood panelling, custom design fabrics and a state of the art entertainment centre including a large flatscreen television and a Bose Lifestyle surround sound system. Forward, and separated from the lounge area by fluted columns, is the formal dining area with seating for six guests around a cherry wood dining table. Further forward, the country-style galley has a seating area for sociable casual meals.

The sheltered aft deck has a teak table and seating arrangement along with a teak bar and fridge, while lighting and speakers mounted in the hardtop set the mood for evening cocktails while watching the sun go down.

Upstairs, the enclosed flybridge is cabriolet-style, meaning the forward centre windshield and port and starboard windows electrically retract, giving 360 degree panoramic views of the sea and sky.

Twin 1,300hp MTU diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 23 knots and she is fitted with Naiad zero speed stabilisers.

Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Lusea is now asking $1,750,000.
