Price drop on Trinity motor yacht Watercolours

The 35 metre motor yacht Watercolours, listed for sale by Tucker Fallon at Bradford Marine Yacht Sales, has had a $100,000 price reduction.

Built in aluminium by US yard Trinity to a design by Gerhard Gilgenast, Watercolours was launched in 1991 and repurchased by Trinity in 2003. The yard's owner then used her from 2003 until 2006 for his personal use. Under his direction the vessel had two major refits while in Trinity's shipyard, including being lengthened by five metres.

The current owner purchased the vessel in 2007 and took her back to the shipyard in 2007/2008, wanting to bring the condition of the vessel back to as-new condition. She underwent another extensive refit, but this time on her interior.

Watercolours is currently lying in Fort Lauderdale

Watercolours can accommodate up to eight guests in a full-beam master suite, VIP suite and two identical double cabins, all with entertainment centres and en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, five crewmembers can be accommodated in three cabins on this yacht for sale.

A major attraction is her huge covered aft deck with two large tables seating as many as a dozen guests, a wet bar and an L-shaped counter top offering ample space for al fresco buffet service.

When the aft deck was extended, the flybridge was lengthened too to give the space of a much larger yacht. Forward to port is a dining table for outdoor snacks and drinks along with a wet bar, icemaker and gas barbecue grill, while to starboard is a large hot tub, all sheltered by a Bimini.

Twin 1,400hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 12 knots and she is fitted with Naiad zero-speed stabilisers.

Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Watercolours is now asking $1,895,000.
