26 May 2014 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

Y.CO sends news of a €1.75 million price drop on their central listing for sale, the 35.65m sailing yacht Hamilton II.

Designed by Philippe Briand, Hamilton II was built by French superyacht yard CNB to Bureau Veritas class and delivered in 2005. British designer Andrew Winch was responsible for her modern, light and spacious interior.

MCA compliant, Hamilton II has a five stateroom layout comprising two double master cabins aft and two twin cabins amidships, all with en suite bathrooms with showers and heads, as well as a double bunk room utilising the dayhead shower facility. Accommodation for five crew is located forward, along with the crew mess and galley. A large raised saloon has three sofas, a dining area, navigation station and discreetly hidden wine racks.

Under power, a single 410hp MTU engine delivers a range of 1,500 nautical miles at 10 knots.

Lying in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, Hamilton II is down from €6.25 million to €4.5 million.
