A price reduction of €1,550,000 has been announced on the 35.6-metre CNB sailing yacht Capricorno, listed for sale with Tomaso Polli of Y.CO.
Delivered in 2005 by the French yard, her naval architecture comes from Philippe Briand, who also completed her exterior design, and she was built to MCA standards. Refined interiors were penned by Winch Design with a flexible layout.
Previously known as Hamilton II, she has a history of careful ownership and has always been very well maintained. She is presented in pristine condition.
The carbon fibre hull is painted white with a vibrant blue bootstripe to complement her elegant silhouette. Her broker notes that Capricorno's "thoughtful design prioritises comfort without compromising the thrill of life under sail."
Interiors are bright with a pleasantly contrasting palette of vermillion and blue. Sloping windows allow light to filter into the main saloon and dining area, offering sightlines forward, port and starboard while underway.
Following a staircase to the deck below, the owner will find a configuation of three cabins to host six guests.
The spacious master cabin can convert to become two double cabins if required, hosting an additional two guests. Meanwhile, the rest of the accommodation includes two twin cabins all with comfortable furnishings.
On deck, guests are invited to socialise and enjoy the sun around an informal dining area shaded by a soft top. Two U-shaped booths are integrated around two extendable tables for games in the day and al fresco dining in the evening.
Her low profile allows guests to remain close to the water, furthering their connection with the sea.
The yacht for sale includes provisions for a crew of five and manages a top speed at 13 knots powered by an MTU diesel engine.
Capricorno is now asking €3,950,000 with VAT paid.
