The 30.44 metre sailing yacht Dallinghoo has had a central agency change and is now listed for sale by Hugo Van Schaik at Camper & Nicholsons International.
Built in steel by South African yard Pritchard and delivered in 1990, this yacht for sale was stripped to her bare hull and rebuilt in 2015 with a relaunch in March 2016. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins configured as a master suite, VIP suite and two twins, all with entertainment centres and full en suite facilities. The master and VIP suites also have television screens while crew quarters are for six members of staff.
The large main saloon has seating for eight guests around a teak dining table portside. This has fold down leaves for easy access but opens to full size should dining be required in the saloon.
The large aft deck was created during the hull extension work in 2015 for al fresco dining and relaxing with casual bench seating. This area has a full awning which allows shade from the midday sun. Forward of the aft deck is a cosy cockpit with seating and again this has a full awning which offers shade while sailing or at anchor.
The coach house roof forward of the cockpit is dedicated to sun bathing, while forward of this are the diving lockers and foredecks with the anchor windlass and the bowsprit. Under power, a 185hp Perkins diesel engine allows a cruising speed of eight knots.
Lying in Malaysia, Dallinghoo is asking $1,200,000.
