The 29 metre sailing yacht Asia has changed central agencies and is now listed for sale by Fraser.

Built in steel and aluminium by New Zealand yard Culham Engineering to a design by Don Brooke for very experienced owners, Asia was delivered in 2009. According to her broker, she is in mint condition throughout, MCA compliant and ready to cruise anywhere on the planet or continue her successful charter career in South East Asia.

Asia is asking $2.9 million

Accommodation is for 10 guests in five luxurious cabins configured as two doubles, two twins convertible to doubles and a twin, all with on-demand video and en-suite facilities. In addition, she has berths to sleep up to six crew. Her rich Burmese teak interior compliments the plush leather sofas. Panoramic 360-degree views are available from her climate-controlled main-deck saloon. Adjoining the pilot house is a large shaded cockpit with two dining tables, enabling guests to dine under the stars.

Extensive outdoor deck areas on this yacht for sale create plenty of space for relaxation underway or at anchor. In addition, her list of equipment is extensive, including a wide range of water toys to provide the new owners with plenty of opportunities for fun in the sun.

A cutter rigged sloop, she provides excellent sailing performance combined with ease of handling and her range under power is 6,500 nautical miles from a single 240hp Gardner diesel engine.

Currently lying in Thailand, Asia is asking $2.9 million.
