A further price drop of €500,000 has been announced on the new 36.9-metre motor yacht Aleden, listed for sale with Marco Fodale of Fraser.
Aleden was delivered in June of the same year by Italian shipyard Sanlorenzo, constructed in GRP as the flagship of the SL120 line, designed throughout by Zuccon International Project. With her launch only a year ago, Aleden remains in "pristine, like-new condition", according to her broker, having never been chartered. She has just completed her warranty work and now benefits from extended warranty coverage until 2027.
This announcement comes just one month after a previous €1,000,000 was deducted from her listing, bringing her total price reductions to €2,500,000 since she entered the brokerage market in October 2024.
Accommodation on board is for ten guests in five cabins, comprising a full-beam master suite forward on the main deck and four guest cabins (two doubles and two twins) on the lower deck. There are quarters for a crew of six.
The motor yacht's unusual asymmetric layout makes for an inviting experience on board. The main saloon is expansive and open-plan, made to feel even larger thanks to a large glass door to aft, a starboard opening balcony and full-height windows. A curved sofa and loose chairs are fitted centrally in the saloon, while a dining table for six lies forward, equally as curvaceous.
Outside, Aleden offers a plethora of space to relax or entertain guests. The sundeck is notably large, equipped with a full bar, dining table seating 10, a U-shaped sofa, further lounge space and a secondary helm station.
The beach club opens on three sides – thanks to two side balconies and the opening transom-cum-swim platform – for an additional lounge space closer to the water. Meanwhile, the foredeck is complete with additional sunpads and a sofa.
Powered by twin MTU engines, the 285GT yacht for sale cruises comfortably at 23 knots and can reach a maximum speed of 27 knots, with a range of 600 nautical miles. She is also RINA-classed and has an "extensive option list", her broker noted.
Aleden is now asking €12,450,000, currently lying in Naples, Italy.
