Sanlorenzo motor yacht Creed sold and renamed Gatsby

8 April 2022

The 29.26 metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht Creed has been sold by the Italian Yacht Group with Burgess introducing the buyer, just two months after joining the market.

Built with a GRP hull and superstructure at the Italian yard Sanlorenzo, Creed was delivered in 2021 as an SL96 Asymmetric with an American specification package.

Creed was asking $9,650,000.

She features over $750,000 in upgrades such as electric zero speed stabilisers, a hydraulic stern thruster, tropical air conditioning and a hydraulic swim platform. Since taking delivery the owner has added an additional $300,000 in upgrades including ANG Shore Power Converters making this yacht able to plug in both in Europe and the Americas.

Eight guests are accommodated in four cabins comprising a master suite, VIP suite and two twins, all with entertainment centres, satellite television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities. Crew quarters allow for up to four crew members.

The main saloon features an L-shaped sofa on entry from the aft deck with a dining area on the portside. A teak-decked flybridge is home to an al fresco dining table shaded by the hardtop, with a barbecue grill and lounge area aft. A second, more casual dining option is found on the foredeck and the entire area can be converted into sun pads as needed.

Twin 2,216hp MTU diesel engines power her to a cruising speed of 24 knots, topping out at 32 knots, and she is fitted with zero-speed stabilisers.

Creed was asking $9,650,000 and has been renamed Gatsby.
