The 40-metre Sunseeker motor yacht Lusia M has been sold with Stratos Korais of Atlanta Marine representing the buyer and Alex Krykanyuk and Josh Gulbranson of Fraser representing the seller.

Lusia M (then Princess K) was launched in 2013 as one of Sunseeker's range of 40-metre GRP superyacht models. She was designed with the charter market in mind and is commercially compliant.

Lying in the South of France, Lusia M was asking €10,900,000

The main saloon and formal dining area are finished in glossy wood, veined marbles and a natural palette of greys. Drop-down balconies to port and starboard  and sliding glass doors offer expansive views and fresh air.

Two large sofas and four armchairs surround a central coffee table, while a divider containing a television screen separates the lounge from the formal interior dining area. Above, the sky lounge offers a U-shaped sofa and a games table.

Lusia M is set up well for al fresco dining with a choice of three spots on the main deck aft, the upper deck aft and the sundeck. Other highlights include a sundeck Jacuzzi flanked by sunpads and a sit-up bar.

Accommodation is for 12 guests in five cabins, laid out as a full-beam master suite and four guest cabins – two of which can be configured into twin or double berth staterooms.

Lusia M is powered by twin MTU 3,180hp diesel engines delivering a top speed of 24 knots and a range of 1,500 nautical miles at an economical 11 knots. The 338GT yacht was put on the market on completion of her five-year special survey.

Lying in the South of France, Lusia M was asking €10,900,000.
