The 40.1-metre Sunseeker 131 motor yacht Acacia has been sold with Josh Gulbranson and Trevor Carroll of Fraser representing the seller and Michael Selter of IYC introducing the buyer. This follows a $1,050,000 price drop, which was announced in February this year, bringing the total reductions to her sales listing to $2,600,000.
Delivered in 2011, Acacia was built in GRP by British yard Sunseeker and has been well maintained since delivery, with regular servicing and upgrades, including a hull repaint in "majestic blue" in 2019, and other works in 2020 and 2023.
Accommodation on board is for 12 guests across five cabins, including a full beam-master suite (complete with large shower room) located on the main deck, and four cabins on the lower deck comprising two VIP suites and two twins that can be converted to a double as needed. Both twins are also equipped with an additional Pullman berth.
A formal dining area can be found forward of the main saloon seating 12 guests, with walnut wenge wood flooring underfoot that runs the entire deck. Meanwhile, the upper deck offers another lounge area with sofas and a bar.
The flybridge is made for entertaining on hot summer days. Fitted with a Jacuzzi, sunpads, a sit-up bar, two folding dining tables and water misters to keep guests cool, Acacia is the perfect sanctuary in the heat of the Caribbean.
The 338GT yacht is powered by twin 12-cylinder MTU 4000 engines delivering a top speed of 23 knots and cruising speed of 13.7 knots.
Acacia's last known asking price was $8,900,000.
