Superyacht Independence relocates with Edmiston and Northrop and Johnson

Both Alex Busher at Edmiston & Company and Ann Avery at Northrop and Johnson write in to say that their joint central agency, the 53m sailing yacht Independence now in drydock for the next few weeks at the Amico yard in Genoa. This makes the perfect opportunity for viewing and a full survey by interested would-be owners.

Independence was launched by Perini Navi in 1998 and refitted in 2001/2002. ABS classed and MCA compliant her interior, designed by Perini and Budd Baty, sleeps up to 14 guests in a master, three doubles, two twins and two Pullman berths. This superyacht cruises at 13 knots, has a range of 2,900 nautical miles at 12 knots and is on the market asking $29.95 million.
