A new joint central agency has been announced on the 44.2-metre motor yacht I Love This Boat, listed for sale with John Slate of Northrop & Johnson and Jim McConville of Merle Wood & Associates.
I Love This Boat was built in GRP by US yard Christensen to ABS class and launched in 2002 as hull number 25 in the Christensen Custom Series. She has undergone significant refits and upgrades in 2012, 2018 and 2023; mechanical investments included NAIAD zero speed stabilisers, new MTU main engines in 2012 and AV improvements.
Her interior by Paola D Smith & Associates accommodates 10 guests in five cabins, including an on-deck master with a private office, king-size bed and two walk-in closets. Four additional guest staterooms are located below deck, with further accommodations provided for eight crew.
An ideal platform for entertaining, the yacht has a multitude of social areas. Her main saloon is typified by high-gloss wood, etched glass details and custom furnishings, comprising relaxed sofas and a segregated formal dining area for 10. Guests also have the option of shaded al fresco dining on the aft deck.
On the upper deck, the skylounge continues the interior aesthetic and includes a fully equipped bar and surround-sound cinema, while the covered aft deck offers al fresco dining for 10.
Further exterior amenities include a sundeck Jacuzzi for 10, a six-seat bar, a large grill and an oversized sunpad. Meanwhile, at sea level, the beach club includes tender storage, two Sea-Doos, a water slide and sea scooters, inviting endless hours of fun for guests of all ages.
Twin 1,820hp MTU engines give the yacht for sale a maximum cruising range of 4,500 nautical miles with a cruising speed of 10 knots and top speeds of 15 knots.
I Love This Boat is asking $7,900,000.
