Dirk Johnson at Merle Wood & Associates calls to say that the price of his central agency, the 28.04m sailing yacht Irishman, has been reduced.

Built by Palmer Johnson to a design by John G. Alden in 1985, this superyacht was refitted in 2003 and 2008. Accommodating six guests in a master and two twin cabins and with a range of 2,400 nautical miles at 10 knots, Irishman is now asking $1.95 million, down from $2.5 million.
